Who can register?
Every participant aged at least 12 years old.
When does the registration start?
Individual registrations starts on Wednesday March 12, 2025 at 9 am.

How to register?

We are open everyday Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
How much is the registration fee?
The registration fee costs 30€ VAT included (21%).

Is the registration fee refundable?
No.
If you need to do a change in your registration, it will be done in our headsquare with a fee of 10€.
May I participate with my dog/pushchair?
For security reasons, it’s not allowed.
May I participate as a walker?
Of course! Walkers are more than welcome at the 20k race.
Each participant has 5 hours to complete the race. After the sweep bus pass, normal traffic will resume and participants should stay on sidewalks and be careful when crossing roads.
Do I need to do a health check before the race?
A health check before the race is not mandatory but is recommended by the organisers.

How can I register in the handisport section?
The participant who wishes to register in handisport needs to mention it by ticking the parasports box on the registration form.
Please note: a maximum of 8 accompanying adults per person with reduced mobility.
Can I cancel my registration?
A refund is not possible in case of cancelation.

Is the delivery of the bib number possible?
Runners living in Belgium can receive their race number at home (DPD). This cost 9.90€ VAT included.
A tracking number will be sent to you a few days before shipping.

How are the bib number attributed to you?
The numbered bib is assigned according to the finishing time in 2024 or reference time over an equivalent distance and according to the remaining numbers.
A chip is put inside the race number. The participant registered through internet is invited, once they received a mail with the starting wave may go pick their numbered number at our office, rue de la Chapelle 17, 1000 Brussels. Open from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.
On Friday 23th, Saturday 24th you can pick up your number at the INFO stand located on the Esplanade du Cinquantenaire.
It will not be possible to collect your number on the day of the race, except for participants living abroad.
When and where can I retrieve my bib number?
Once a participant has registered online, he/she will receive an email with the starting wave and is thereafter able to come and pick up his/her number at our office, rue de la Chapelle 17, 1000 Brussels. Open from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.
Is it possible to retrieve the bib number on the day of the race?
It is not possible to get your number on the day itself anymore, except for people who live abroad.
Where are the refuelling stands?
6 “SPA reine” water stands are located all along the course. One Powerade stand is also located at the Bois de la Cambre.
Is there a changing room available?
Yes! A cloakroom is available free of charge to participants in the Royal Military Museum, in the Air Hall, accessible through a side door specially opened for you.
Near this entrance, you will find lockers at charge.
Participants are kindly requested to treat the museum and its holdings respectfully. Only individuals wearing a bib-number will be admitted.
The organizers decline any responsibility regarding lost or stolen property from the premises.
Are there any lockers?
Lockers will be available; you will however need some spare change for them.
Are there any toilets?
Yes, there are toilets available free of charge.
How can I get to the 20km of Brussels race?
The start of the race is given at the Cinquantenaire Park.

The maximum time is 5 hours to complete the course.
What if I didn’t finish the race in time?
Don’t panic, a “sweep bus” will be present.
How can I view my result?
The results will be published on the 20km website.
